Lakeshore Realty was formed in 1994 by a group of highly successful real estate brokers here in Incline Village.  They wanted to create a more personal and less corporate way of brokering real estate. 

The result is a highly successful brokerage that focuses on you and your needs.  All of our agents are highly experienced with the nuances of buying and selling properties in our mountain environment and working with the local agencies.

We are located directly across the street from Incline Beach.  We are open everyday of the week from 9AM until 5PM.

    As a 5th generation Nevadan, born in South Lake Tahoe and raised in Reno and Incline Village, I have experienced Incline’s transformation from a remote logging village, into Lake Tahoe’s most prestigious community.   

    After graduating from Incline High School in 1982, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  Upon graduation, I promptly returned home to Incline, where I worked for the Hyatt Regency Resort as a Front Desk manager.  I was also owner/manager of a popular Reno restaurant.

     

    Working in the hospitality and restaurant industries gave me valuable knowledge of the importance of outstanding customer service.  I take pride in providing my clients with exceptional service, honesty and constant communication not only during, but after the transaction is complete.  My client’s satisfaction is my #1 goal.

    Tony was raised on a small ranch in Diamond Springs, California.  He attended college at Long Beach State University, and then moved to Budapest, Hungary to study fencing and compete on the World Cup Circuit for a couple years.

     He left Hungary and moved to Tahoe to enjoy what he thinks is one of the most beautiful places on earth.  After a few years of skiing, kayaking, and rock climbing, Tony decided to work on his dream of a horse ranch, so he began selling real estate.  He worked hard and made his clients very happy, and they continued to work with Tony, making him very successful.  All the while he was courting the love of his life Elizabeth.

    Given that I am licensed to sell real estate in Nevada and California, we will take into consideration influential factors that are unique to the real estate market of the Tahoe Basin in its entirety.  The three areas in which I work most often are Lake Tahoe’s North Shore (Incline Village, Agate Bay), West Shore (Tahoe City, Homewood, Meeks Bay) and our near-by ski communities (Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows).  In addition to my professional experience, I have had family live and work throughout Lake Tahoe for a couple of generations. Through them I have come to know and love it well.

    Here is a quick overview of my accomplishments and interests: Presently I am serving as the President-elect for the Tahoe Sierra MLS. I have also served as a Director to the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors from 2004-2008. In 2007 I received the O'Neal Brokers of Lake Tahoe's Outstanding Performance in Sales award. In 2005 the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors named me the Realtor of the Year.
