INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. – Golfers and barbecue lovers alike will have something new to look forward to when the Incline Village Mountain Golf Course opens for the 2016 season on Friday, May 20 – the debut of Wild Bill’s BBQ at the Mountain Course.
Back by popular demand after a mouth-watering first season at Diamond Peak Ski Resort’s Snowflake Lodge, Wild Bill’s BBQ at the Mountain Course will offer the same tasty, slow-smoked meats and house-made sauces on the deck of the Mountain Course clubhouse this summer. Available to eat on the deck overlooking the 10th tee, or take-away for a snack during a round of golf, the new Wild Bill’s menu will include Executive Chef William Vandenburg’s signature St. Louis Style Spare Ribs (available in full or half-rack portions), the Smoked Tri-Tip Sandwich and the Pulled Pork Sandwich.
Diners looking for lighter fare can choose from a Veggie Burger, a selection of freshly-made sandwiches, as well as a Caesar or Wild Chicken salad. And being a family-friendly golf course, the kids menu wasn’t overlooked, with items such as a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Mac n’ Cheese and kids-sized Cheeseburgers and Hot Dogs available.
Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a selection of grab & go items available from 3 to 4 p.m. For players looking to fuel up before their round, Wild Bill’s will offer breakfast items such as oatmeal, the Sunrise Breakfast Sandwich and a Breakfast Burrito from 9 to 11 a.m.
