New fire code was passed that will not allow wood to be stored on decks or next to a residence. They are also insisting on a fire proof blanket is used to cover wood…it hasn’t been invented yet…yes I’m serious here is the code number I am referring to.

As of this posting, we have had lots of snow during the past week, so the resorts will have a joyous holiday season. The numbers continue to improve from 2006. As of this day, our board has reported 134 closed escrows from January 1, 2007. In the exact time frame in 2006 we had 121 closings.
