With an elevation of 6,500 to 7,000 ft., this area gets a significant amount of snow. However, thanks to its sunny exposure, it melts quickly. With that being said, it is no surprise that a lot of these homes have filtered or panoramic views of Lake Tahoe!

In addition to the breath-taking views, United States Forest Land parcels surrounds homeowners giving them the ultimate amount of privacy. With approximately 220 homes, beautiful architecture encompasses this area and draws in millions of people here each year. It is no wonder that homes in this area can range between $1.3 million and as high as $12 million. Take a trip to Lake Tahoe and see for yourselves!
